The Architectural Reviewer shall not participate in reviewing or passing upon any work in which the Architectural Reviewer or a partner or associate of the Architectural Reviewer has a direct or indirect connection or financial interest. In such event, the Architectural Reviewer shall be considered disqualified and a temporary appointment to such office shall be made by the Mayor upon written notification to Council of such temporary appointment.
