A permit must be obtained from the Building Inspector before any house drainage and plumbing of any kind is installed in any building or structure. Before such permit is issued, two (2) sets of plans and specifications, covering the drainage and plumbing and all details connected therewith, must comply with the Ohio Plumbing Code and be filed with and approved by the Building Inspector.
