When application plans and specifications conform to the requirements of this Building Code, the Architectural Reviewer is authorized to stamp such plans and specifications stating that the drawings and specifications have been examined by him and comply with these regulations, and the plans and specifications so stamped shall be kept on the building or work site until the same has been completed. A copy of such plans shall be left with the Building Inspector, who will retain such plans and specifications until after the completion of the work and in accordance with Ohio law. (Ord. 2012-30.
