Each set of plans submitted shall be accompanied by a set of specifications describing the materials to be used and the work contemplated to be done, which specifications shall be written in ink or printed. The various subjects therein shall be grouped in the order of their construction, and shall be in clear and specific language sufficient to enable the Building Inspector to obtain full and complete information as to the extent and character of the work to be done.
