1313.01 APPLICATIONS CONSIDERED IN ORDER.

All applications, plans and specifications shall be dated by the Building Inspector and taken up in their regular order as received, and no plans or specifications shall be passed out of their order unless buildings or structures are of a complex character which requires a prolonged examination and inspection.
