Upon a report of a condition or perpetration of an act in violation of this Building Code, the Building Inspector shall immediately examine or cause to be examined such reported violation and if such violation exists, he shall immediately order in writing the owner, lessee, tenant or person responsible for such violation to make such remedial changes, alterations or repairs as shall be necessary. The Inspector shall cause the prosecution of persons responsible for violations of this Building Code. (Ord. 2012-29. Passed 5-9-12.)
