(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12, the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of this section and send it forthwith to the Auditor of the State of Ohio requesting the approval of the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices to the establishment of a Property Improvements and Additions Fund to receive moneys as authorized by Council from time to time as it determines need therefor.
(b) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 135.21, Council hereby authorizes and directs the Treasurer of the Village to credit to the Property Improvements and Additions Fund as authorized by Council from time to time as it determines need therefor.
