(a) Public notice of all statements, orders, notices, and reports shall be made by posting true copies thereof on the Village’s web site, www.MorelandHills.com, unless another method of publication is required by law or ordinance.
(b) Public notice of all ordinances, resolutions and proclamations shall be made by posting the number, the title, and the passage date thereof on the Village's web site, www.MorelandHills.com, unless another method of publication is required by law or ordinance.
(c) The Clerk of Council shall provide a copy of the complete text of any ordinance, resolution or proclamation to any person, upon request, and may charge a reasonable fee for each copy in accordance with the Village's Public Records Policy.
