After the improvements are completed and approved by the Roads and Safety as well as the Facilities Committees of Council and the Village Engineer, the owner and/or agent of the owner shall provide the Village with a two (2) year maintenance performance guarantee in an amount determined by the Village for all improvements installed that are to be maintained by the Village.
