(a) The Planning Commission as established by the Charter of the Village of Moreland Hills shall hear and decide appeals to Village Council from the requirements of this Chapter.
(b) The Planning Commission shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged that there is an error in any requirement, decision, or determination made by the Village Engineer in the enforcement and administration of this Chapter.
(c) Those aggrieved by a decision of the Planning Commission or any taxpayer, may appeal such decision to the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, as provided in Chapter 2506 of the Ohio Revised Code.
