953.05 DISQUALIFICATION.

Falsification of any information contained in the application of a Village resident for participation in the Senior Citizens and Physically/Mentally Disabled Snow Removal Program will result in immediate and permanent disqualification and the applicant will be required to reimburse the Village for all cost incurred.
