(a) Driveways will be plowed after Village roadways have been cleared for motorists and determined to be safe for passage.
(b) No snow removal will be provided to qualifying residents except when the Village Service Director has determined that three (3) or more inches of snow have accumulated on the ground.
(c) Each driveway will be plowed only once in a twenty-four (24) hour period of time. Additional plowing will be provided for emergency service such as ambulance, fire or police.
(d) The snow removal vehicle will clear no more than a single driveway width. The applicant shall indicate the location of his/her driveway through the use of driveway markers that must be visible from the cab of the snow removal vehicle. Applicants must not have any obstructions that may interfere with snow removal operations.
(e) The Village Service Director shall establish a snow removal route for qualifying residents to provide for efficient and timely snow removal.
(f) There are no guaranteed times when snow removal service will be performed.
