953.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

The Senior Citizens and Physically/Mentally Disabled Snow Removal Program is hereby established to provide snow removal services for senior citizens and physically/mentally disabled residents that meet the requirements of Chapter 953. Snow removal services provided pursuant to this Chapter 953 may be provided by the Village Service Department or by an entity selected by the Village in accordance with applicable law.
