In the interest of the public health, safety and welfare of the Village, the Mayor is authorized to exercise control and supervision over the collection, conveyance and disposal of solid waste within the Municipality. The Mayor may make such rules and regulations as he or she deems necessary, proper or convenient to provide for the sanitary, economical and efficient method of solid waste collection and disposal. The rules and regulations promulgated by the Mayor pursuant to this section shall be kept on file at Village Hall and/or made available through the Village's website. (Ord. 2017-56. Passed 11-8-17.)
