937.05 REGISTRATION OF EXISTING PRIVATE WATER WELLS.

Any owner of property within the Village containing a private water well, at the time of adoption of this chapter, shall register such well with the Building Inspector on forms provided by the Building Inspector. Such registration shall occur within one year from the adoption of this chapter. (Ord. 2012-44. Passed 5-9-12.)
