Any person planning to drill a private water well within the Village shall submit an application and pay a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each private water well plus any other applicable fees, including a road damage fee. The application shall require the applicant to disclose the type of private water well, the purpose of the well, the depth of the well (insofar as it is known), and the location of the well and its relationship to property lines, septic tanks, tile disposal fields, other sewage disposal facilities and sewer lines.
