Private water wells shall be located at least twenty-five (25) feet from each property line, thirty (30) feet from all septic tanks, approximately one hundred (100) feet from all tile disposal fields and other sewage disposal facilities, ten feet (10) from all cast-iron sewer lines, and thirty (30) feet from any vitrified sewer tile lines. These distances, upon the determination of the Village Engineer, may be increased for good cause based upon site conditions. Private water wells shall not be located in the flood plain or the protected hillside zone.
