933.03 APPLICATION TO AND CHARGES BY THE CLEVELAND WATER DEPARTMENT.
   (a)   When a permit is issued by the Municipality, the property owner shall be furnished a letter addressed to the Cleveland Water Department. This letter must be presented at the time the property owner makes application to the Cleveland Water Department. There is no permit fee required by the Cleveland Water Department, however, the owner must pay for all work performed by the Water Department.
   (b)   A charge will be made by the Cleveland Water Department for work performed in tapping into the water main in the street. The charge includes the cost of tapping the main, the necessary pipe, stop cock, valve and box. It does not include any excavation, drilling under the pavement, or backfilling. This work must be performed by the owner and/or his contractor. (Res. 1970-42. Passed 9-9-70.)
