(a) Applications for sewer service shall be filed with the Clerk on a form to be supplied by the Municipality. The application shall state the name of the applicant, identify the premises to be served, and identify the treatment plant from which service is sought.
(b) All applications shall be accompanied by the applicable connection charge as provided in Section 931.06.
(c) The Municipality reserves the right to decline to provide sewer service to any premises for which such service is not technically feasible or where the property does not have reasonable access to an existing wastewater treatment facility.
