931.03 SEWER FUND.
   (a)   All revenues and monies derived from the operation of the sewer system shall be paid to and held by the Treasurer, separate and apart from all other funds of the Municipality. All of such sums and all other funds and monies incident to the operation of the sewer system, as may be delivered to the Treasurer, shall be deposited in one of two separate funds designated, respectively, the "Sewer Maintenance Fund" and the "Sewer Capital Improvement Fund."
   (b)   Council shall, on an annual basis, determine what portion of the sewer fees the Treasurer shall deposit in the Sewer Maintenance Fund and what portion the Treasurer shall deposit in the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund.
   (c)   The Treasurer shall administer the Sewer Maintenance Fund and the Sewer Capital Improvement Fund in the manner provided by the Ohio Revised Code and all other laws pertaining thereto. (Ord. 2016-14. Passed 3-9-16.)
