705.02 PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
   (a)    Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to protect the emergency services in the Village from misuse.
 
   (b)    Scope. This chapter governs and regulates alarm systems, alarm users and alarm businesses, establishes fees and fines and provides for the punishment of violations of this chapter.
