(a) No person shall store, place or allow to remain, used building materials, motor vehicles in an inoperative condition, motor vehicles unfit for further use, automobile parts, scrap metal, refuse or rubbish on any lot, parts of lots or parcel of land, within the limits of the Municipality. (b) No person shall store, place or permit to be stored or allow to remain any unlicensed motor vehicle upon any lot, lots, parts of lots or parcel of land unless such motor vehicle is within a completely enclosed building or garage.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
