§ 70.01 BLOCKING CITY STREET OR VEHICULAR RAILROAD CROSSING.

No person, firm, corporation, partnership, or association shall in any manner or means block or obstruct any city street or vehicular railroad crossing in the city so that vehicular traffic is unable to pass over, through, or on the city street or vehicular railroad crossing for a period of more than five minutes.
