§ 53.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
   (A)   "ENTERING MANHOLE." The act of removal of a manhole cover and entrance for any purpose.
   (B)   "MANHOLE." An underground cavity containing public utility facilities with access to same accomplished by the removal of a manhole cover at street, sidewalk, or ground level.
   (C)   "PUBLIC UTILITY." Any company, concern, or individual in the communication, electricity, gas, water, or stem heat distribution business.
