§ 38.01 CREATION.
   (A)   There are hereby created the following non-elected city offices.
      (1)   Chief of Police.
      (2)   City Administrator.
      (3)   City Attorney.
      (4)   City Clerk.
      (5)   Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrator.
      (6)   Fire Chief.
   (B)   The powers and duties of the offices designated in division (A) above are set out in §§ 38.02 through 38.08.
