It shall be unlawful for anyone, other than property owners involved, members of the Fire Department, Police Department, or other officers of official duty, to go upon the premises where there is a fire in the city after the arrival of fire fighting equipment, unless ordered to do so by the Fire Chief or other officer in charge.
