§ 33.99 PENALTY.
   Any person or persons violating any provision of §§ 33.15 through 33.20 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
