§ 34.02 COMPENSATION.
   The compensation of the members of the Utility Plant Board shall be as set from time to time by Council. All salaries of the Utility Plant Board are to be paid from the Utility Plant Board funds and are not to be paid from the funds of the City Treasurer nor shall the same be a lien on or against the city funds.
