SECTION 3.11.3 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST, ETHICS AND CAMPAIGN FINANCING.

The laws of the State of Ohio governing conflicts of interest, criminal misbehavior, ethics, financial disclosure by municipal officials and employees, campaign financing, and election practices shall apply under this Charter. (Enacted 11-6-18)
