SECTION 3.11.2 ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS.

No City officer, official, or employee shall solicit, loan or accept anything of value that is of such a character as to manifest a substantial and improper influence upon the City officer, official or employee with respect to that person's duties. (Ref. Ohio Rev. Code Section 102.03)
