181.04B EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF ADDITIONAL 0.5 PERCENT TAX. The additional tax imposed by Sections 181.01C and 181.03C shall be levied, collected and paid with respect to all income and net profits subject to the tax effective July 1, 2014 and thereafter through December 31, 2019.
