181.01C PURPOSE OF ADDITIONAL 0.5 PERCENT TAX.

To provide for the continuation of general municipal operations and improvement of services to the citizens there is hereby levied an additional tax on salaries, wages, commission and other compensation, and on net profits as hereinafter provided.
