1317.01 DEFINITION.

   For purposes of this chapter, “multiple dwelling” means the following:

   (a)   A building or buildings or portions thereof to be constructed for occupancy by eight families or more.

   (b)   Eight housekeeping units or more; (Ord. 336A. Passed 9-29-71.)
