1313.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). On a second or subsequent offense, if less than twelve months has elapsed since the last offense of the same provision, a person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned for a period not to exceed thirty days or both. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (Ord. 554. Passed 12-27-79.)
