(a) The appropriate authority may inspect upon consent, at any reasonable time and in a reasonable manner, any device, mechanism or operation which creates any disturbing noise, including but not limited to the premises where such device, mechanism or operation is used or carried on.
(b) If entry to the premises is denied or refused, the appropriate authority shall obtain an inspection warrant from a court of competent jurisdiction. (Ord. 554. Passed 12-27-79.)
