1189.06 PERMITS.

Permits, when required by this chapter, shall be issued by the Building and Zoning Inspector only after drawings or sketches identifying the type of advertising device to be used, and identifying the dimensions and location of the device are submitted and found to be in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
