No employee's license shall be issued under the provisions of Section 741.05(b) to any employee of any solicitor or peddler exempted from the payment of a license fee by the provisions of Section 741.12. Every other employee of a solicitor or peddler shall obtain a license and pay the fee required by Section 741.05(b) and (c).
