(a) Every person desiring a solicitor's or peddler's license shall pay to the City a license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per year, payable in advance.
(b) Any individual having a valid solicitor's or peddler's license and who actually peddles or solicits himself, may have licenses issued to his employees in accordance with subsection (c) hereof.
(c) Employees of any licensed solicitor or peddler shall pay to the City a license fee of forty dollars ($40.00) per year, payable in advance.
(d) Licenses for peddlers and solicitors shall be issued on a calendar year basis, and each such license shall expire on December 31 of the year in which issued.
(e) Every person desiring a license to operate as an itinerant vendor, as defined in this chapter shall pay to the City a license fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) for the first week of sales and a license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each additional week, payable in advance.
(f) Employees of any licensed itinerant vendor shall pay to the City a license fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for the first week of sales, and a license fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional week, payable in advance.
(g) Licenses for itinerant vendors shall be issued on a weekly basis, and each such license shall stipulate the number of weeks for which it has been issued. For the purposes of this chapter, a week shall be deemed to constitute the seven day period beginning with the first day on which such sales are permitted and each consecutive seven day period, even if such sales do not take place on intervening days.
