705.02 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE.
   (a)    Any person, firm or corporation, except those mentioned in Section 705.05, of good moral character, which qualification shall be substantiated by affidavit of at least two reputable residents of the City, who have not been convicted of any offense involving theft, fraud, personal violence or moral turpitude, desiring to be so licensed shall make an application, in writing, to the Clerk of the Mayor's Court. The application shall be duly verified on a form prepared by the Law Director and shall contain facts disclosing satisfactory proof of the applicant's financial responsibility in unencumbered or encumbered real estate, located in Montgomery County, Ohio; or the power of attorney of a reputable insurance, surety or bonding company, together with a certificate of authority from the Department of Insurance, State of Ohio, and a true copy of its financial statement.
   (b)    If such person, firm or corporation elects to use cash, such application shall contain all the facts required by Ohio R. C. 2937.24, and other such facts as the Clerk of the Mayor's Court may require. If the applicant is a partnership, the names of all partners shall be listed; if a corporation, the names of all officers, including the president, vice president, secretary and treasurer, shall be set forth in the application.
