No attorney, husband or wife of any attorney, no employees of any attorney, association of attorneys or law firm, nor the associate of any attorney, or member or partner of any law firm, no employee or elected or appointed official of the City shall be eligible to obtain a license under the provisions of this chapter, nor may any of the above mentioned furnish or lend to a person, licensed under the provisions of this chapter, any money, bonds or other securities which are to be used as bail or bond.
