§ 52.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPLICANT. The owner or the owner’s agent.
   ACCOUNT. A record of service used by each property and the periodic costs for those services.
   COMMISSION. The Public Utilities Commission of the City of Mora established pursuant to the provisions of M.S. §§ 412.321 - 412.391 and Mora City Code §§ 32.01 through 32.03.
   COUNCIL. The City Council of the City of Mora, Kanabec County, Minnesota.
   CUSTOMER. The person, firm, corporation or other entity receiving service. May be the owner or a tenant.
   DIRECTOR. The Director of the Department of Public Works, or his or her designee.
   EMERGENCY. A situation where the expected demand for water exceeds the water system’s supply.
   GENERAL MANAGER. The General Manager of the Mora Municipal Utilities.
   MAINS. The trunk distribution portion of the water system consisting of pipes providing access to service lines.
   OWNER. The person, firm or corporation owning the property receiving service as shown on the records of Kanabec County.
   SERVICE. The provision of water to a building or other facility via the water system.
   SERVICE CONNECTION. The act of connecting a building or other facility to the water system via a service line.
   SERVICE LINE. Pipes serving as a connection from the mains to the customer’s facilities.
   TENANT. A person, firm or corporation, other than the owner, occupying the property and receiving service.
   UTILITY. Mora Municipal Utilities.
   WATER SYSTEM. The municipal public water supply system including all of its components.
