§ 32.03 JURISDICTION AND POWER.

   (A)   The following public utilities shall be within the Commission’s jurisdiction:

      (1)   The city water system;

      (2)   The city electrical power system; and

      (3)   The city sewer system and sewage treatment plant.

   (B)   The jurisdiction, powers and authority of the Public Utilities Commission shall be those provided by M.S. §§ 412.321 - 412.391, as they may be amended from time to time.
