5-1-12: AVOIDING SEMAPHORE AND TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES ILLEGALLY:
   A.   Restriction: No person shall drive a motor vehicle across private property in an attempt to avoid a semaphore or other traffic control device at an intersection, unless so directed by a police officer.
   B.   Penalty: The penalty for violation of this section shall be a petty misdemeanor. (Ord. 2001-11, 6-18-2001)
