3-9-4: DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF PERMITS:

The council may deny, suspend or revoke any permit defined in this chapter for failure to comply with the regulations or in the event the permit has been obtained through nondisclosure, misrepresentation or misstatement of a material fact in accordance with the provisions of section 2-1-10 of this code.
