(A) Remedies listed in this subchapter are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state or local law and it is within the discretion of the authorized enforcement agency to seek cumulative remedies.
(B) Violation of this subchapter shall also be subject to the fine structure set out in § 152.99 of this code, with violations to be cited into the Town Court through a ticket issued through the authorized enforcement agency, the town’s Stormwater Utility Department. The penalties provided for in these respective ordinances shall not be mutually exclusive.
