§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   A child who commits a violation of § 130.02 of this code is subject to the enforcement procedures provided in I.C. 34-28-5-1 and all amendments thereto. Whenever a complaint is filed against a child for a violation of § 130.02 of this code, the town’s Police Department shall direct a copy of the complaint to the child’s parent, guardian or custodian, and further shall attempt to reach the child’s parent, guardian or custodian to pick them up if such person is known or can be identified by reasonable inquiry.
      (2)   In addition, the court may impose a fine along with court costs, said fine not to be in excess of $25.
      (3)   A violation of § 130.02 of this code by a parent, guardian or custodian shall subject them to the same enforcement fines and court costs and potential injunctive relief as is set out in this division (B).
