(A) Any individual, partnership, limited partnership, corporation (profit or non-profit) or other business entity who violates any provision of this chapter or who disobeys, neglects or refuses to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $500, nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
(B) Each day of each violation shall constitute a separate offense. No additional notice other than notice for the original offense shall be required to punish a person for violations resulting from a continuation of such original offense.
