§ 113.01 CABLE TELEVISION SERVICE REGULATIONS ADOPTED.
   The town adopts and will follow the FCC regulations prescribed in the Report and Order, in the Matter of Implementation of Sections of Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 in its regulation of the basic service rates and charges of the company and any other cable television systems operating in the town, notwithstanding any different or inconsistent provisions in the franchise.

§ 113.02 FCC RULES AND REGULATIONS ADOPTED.
   The Town Council adopts the rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Communications Commission pursuant to § 623(b) of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992 (47 U.S.C. § 543(b)) for the review of the basic service tier of cable television services and equipment necessary for the provision of such service tier. Such rules and regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission are found in Exhibit “A” attached to the ordinance codified in this section.
