In the event an individual, partnership, limited partner, corporation (profit or non-profit) or other business entity violates the provisions of this chapter, the town, in addition to other remedies under state law, shall be authorized to institute an action to enjoin the establishment of or continuation of such adult entertainment activity in violation of this chapter in any court or competent jurisdiction.
