(A) This section shall apply to all streets and the use thereof within the corporate limits of the town, except any and all designated state highways located within said corporate limits.
(B) No semi-truck shall be on said streets except for the purpose of making deliveries or pickups.
(C) No truck having a capacity of one ton or more, or having a width of more than 80 inches, shall be parked on or within ten feet from the side of any of said streets.
(D) The use of any street in violation of this section is declared to be a common nuisance.
